This is a sanctioned Nations tournament.  Rosters are not frozen and is open to all select and elite teams.  Premier teams may enter in all divisions, however, premier teams may have to play up an age level if the higher age level makes or is not at maximum number. 

Online payment may be made thru Nation's Baseball.  Click on Pay Now.  Teams may also submit their fees by check.  EVERY TEAM MUST SUBMIT A REGISTRATION FORM WITH NO PLAY REQUEST FROM THE KATY PONY BASEBALL WEBSITE.  The Nations registration form does not have no play requests.  For instructions on submitting the registration form and entry and maintenance fees, please go to WWW.KATYPONYBASEBALL.ORG and click on Tournaments.  Scroll down to the Patriots Day Classic for the instructions. 

All fees are on a FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE  basis.  If a team is on the wait list and their payment and Katy Pony registration forms from the Katy Pony website arrives before a team not on the wait list, then they will be officially entered and will replace a team who has not submitted the required registration forms and fees.  Only the registration forms and no play request forms from the Katy Pony Baseball website and payment of fees guarantee entrance into the tournament.  If possible, all pool games will be played on Saturday.   However, no play requests may require some teams to play on Friday.

Off-site facilities have been secured for the 11/12 and 13/14 year old divisions.  Either the 11 or 12 and 13 or 14 divisions will have to play at the off-site facilities depending on the number of teams entered.

Team trophies for champion and runner-up and up to 12 individual trophies for champion and runner-up will be awarded.  3 game guarantee and 2 umpires per game are provided.  All teams will supply 1 brand new baseball for each game.
